    Venue Rental:

    $5,650 on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Civic holidays

    [$5,750 in 2024, $5,850 in 2025, $5,950 in 2026]

    Inclusions:

    • Exclusive and private use of Bean Town receptions and all its facilities, overnight accommodation including the cottage for the couple on the night of the wedding, Chez Max guest house for the night (12 guests maximum) and Chez Glenn (10 guests maximum) with free shuttle service at night.

    • Professional guidance and coordination of your wedding; in-depth meetings with our experienced planners before you send out your invitations, after you receive your RSVP’s, as well as a rehearsal on the week of your wedding!

    • Fireworks display during your first dance (weather permitting);

    • Horse drawn carriage services for you and your guests;

    • Bon fire (weather permitting);

    • Seasonally themed decorations;

    • Music from time of arrival until first dance (not including ceremony);

    • All standard equipment needed for ceremony including: cedar benches, signing tables, tablecloths, candle lighting, pews and arches, wireless microphones;

    • All floor staff in formal attire; Full bar service and licensed bartenders.

    • Chiavari chairs, White or ivory tablecloths, linen napkins in assorted colors; a variety of centerpiece options and accessories, Oil lamps or tea lights on tables and ambiance lighting throughout the venue.

    1. Are you open year round? - No, we are closed during winter!

    2. Can we bring in our own caterer? - No, Bean Town offers the wonderful services of our Chef Paul Silk. Chef Paul has over 40 years of experience as an executive chef (including 15 years at Parliament Hill and 18 at Bean Town Réceptions). His experience, knowledge and love of food are apparent in all his dishes. We uphold the high standards of service and professionalism that you require to make your reception a hassle-free delight. We have a menu full of choices; meals can also be tailored to your needs. Don’t forget to let us know if you have any special dietary needs or allergies. For health safety reasons, no food can be returned to you after the event.

    3. What are the choices of tablecloths and linens? - Tablecloths are in white or ivory and linens are available in a variety of different colors. Silk options are also available.

    4. What is your smoking policy? - There is no smoking or vaping allowed in any buildings and under any covered area. Butt cans are provided throughout the property.

    5. What centerpieces are included? - Oil lamps and tea lights are complementary. We have a variety of centerpiece options to choose from such as lanterns or log trios that you are free to use, or you may bring your own. We can also provide table numbers and mason jars for floral arrangements.

      Always nice to have one item play many roles: Nametag is also the wedding favors (frame, little pots, etc.). Our staff will be pleased to set up your tables with bonbonnieres, etc.

    6. When are the horse and carriage available? - From 30 minutes before the ceremony till all guests are back in dining hall.

    7. What would be the perfect time to come and decorate? - Bean Town sets up for you; most couples only bring their personal items to add (favours, guest books, etc.) and go over all details for these items at rehearsal.

    8. Can I take pictures on the site? - Yes, we have lovely gardens, forested spots, beautiful ponds, an apple orchard and many more photo opportunities. You may bring in your photographer for a visit at any time between 9:00 and noon on weekends. Please call ahead to confirm.

    9. Are you handicap accessible? - Yes, as well the Anjou Hall has air conditioning. We also have commercial smoke fans and insect control systems for the indoors.

    10. Is Bean Town licensed? - Yes, our entire site is licensed and comes complete with a full bar and staff. Our license number is 804199 and our county name is Prescott Russell.
