Cherryvale Weddings does not offer a catering service. We want you to be able to customize this experience to your unique tastes!

The wedding party may bring their own alcohol, however they must secure and maintain for the duration of the rental period alcohol liability insurance.

VENUE PRICING:
We are an exclusive hire venue, so you can relax and enjoy your private moments with only those close to you. Our per person pricing is to account for the amenities supplied for each guest such as chairs, tables, linens, table decor, etc including all set-up and take-down fees. Prices do not include HST or 10% gratuity.

INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL:
Full and exclusive use of our wedding venue for the entire day of your booking, with separate ceremony and reception spaces.
A 120'x50' marquee complete with custom wooden flooring, interior Edison bulb lighting, cheesecloth draping and greenery.
Use of two washrooms located within the reception area of the main building and 6 flushable toilets with hand-wash stations by the marquee, including mobility friendly access.
Catering serving space adjacent to the marquee for plating and culinary prep, ensuring guests can be served quickly with hot meals. This space includes a warming oven, fridge and ice freezer for the bar.
On-site parking space for up to 100 cars.
Exterior Edison bulb lighting on the main building, deck and around the pond, providing evening garden lighting throughout.
On-site venue coordinator for the entirety of your booking
Full DJ setup with state of the art sound and lighting system, with an on-site lighting technician
Gold chiavari chairs with cream fabric seats in both the marquee and reception space, with an additional signing table and chair for the reception.
8ft handmade solid wood Harvest tables or 8ft Banquet tables with white linens.

If rooms are not required, we are able to offer an on-site bridal dressing room complete with patio and private bathroom.
Whilst we are an inclusive venue we are happy to assist in providing local contacts for any remaining elements needed for your big day, such as DJ's, officiants, florists and photographers.
