Self catering (i.e., homemade food) is not permitted.
Please indicate via the Request a Tour form if you would like to bring in an external caterer. -
Wedding parties must purchase alcohol through the venue or a third party bartender.
Supplying your own alcohol is not permitted. -
Our pricing breakdown is as follows:
All-Inclusive Elopement Package: $10,000.00
Full access to house, grounds, greenhouse, barn, gardens and 100 acres from Monday/Tuesday afternoon until Wednesday/Thursday at noon
Includes two nights of on-site accommodation in our modern farmhouse, which sleeps 12 people in three suites
Up to 15 guests included in our packages
Cocktail hour and dinner, rentals, officiant, tablescape, decor, planning, staff included in package and provided by Hawley Crescent Culinary
Options to add on additional guests/services
Weekend Wedding Package: $22,000.00
Exclusive access to entire property (house, grounds, greenhouse, barn, gardens and 100 acres) from Friday afternoon until Sunday at noon
Includes two nights of on-site accommodation in our modern farmhouse, which sleeps 12 people in three suites
Up to 80 guests seated in the barn, or up to 200 guests in a tent
Option to host on-site rehearsal dinner of up to 25 people
