  • Our pricing breakdown is as follows:

    There is no event rental fee, rather we have a minimum spend of $2,000 during the winter months and a minimum spend of $3,000 during the summer months.

    This includes full use of the venue for either the first or second half of the day
    (i.e., from 12-6pm, or 6pm to close).
