Edgewater Manor does not allow off-site caterers, with the exception of additional specialists to provide services such as wedding cakes/sweet tables.

All our food is made from scratch, meaning we can discuss options for any allergies or dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, halal etc)

We do not allow wedding parties to supply their own alcohol.

We have a huge selection of wine as well as a fully stocked premium bar and our in-house sommelier will work with you to ensure that the alcoholic beverages served are to your liking!

Wedding Day

Saturday

• Full exclusivity (no shared venue spaces)

• $20,000 minimum spend for full exclusivity

• $12,000 minimum spend for full exclusivity

• $15,000 minimum spend for full exclusivity on a holiday weekend

• Bridal suite included with exclusive bookings

Monday

• $10,000 minimum spend for full exclusivity

Additional Considerations

Payments

• $1,000 deposit to secure date (non refundable)

• $1,000 due at signing of contract (non refundable)

• $1,000 damage fee (will be refunded 7 days after wedding if no incidentals)

• Balance due 1 week before event (certified cheque/EMT/credit card

Please note there is a 2.5% fee if paying by credit card

Reductions

• $25 reduction for events with no alcohol

• $75 reduction for kids (kids menu & soft bar)

We have various spaces available for your wedding:

Morris Room

• Houses 100 people seated and 200 people standing

• Features: View overlooking the grounds and Lake Ontario, adjoining bar area, upper tier for speech, chandeliers, stained glass windows

• Only available Saturday through Monday

Capone Room

• Houses 30 people seated and 50 people standing

• Features: fireplace, adjoining bar area, stained glass windows

• Available all days of the week

Alexander Room

• Houses 40 people seated and 60 people standing

• Features: Upper level (accessible by stairs only), T-shaped room, fireplace

• Available all days of the week

Outdoor Space

• Features: Lakeside location on Lake Ontario, manicured lawns, patio area with seating, scenic backdrops, gazebo area, fully licensed for alcohol service, fireworks permitted

• Available all days of the week, weather permitting

Gazebo

• Houses 50 people seated and 70 people standing

• Features: Covered patio, lakeside views, stoned accent wall

• Dancing space available upon request

• Available all days of the week

1. Vendors

   Vendor tear down and set up must occur within your allotted event hours

   A maximum of 3 piece bands are allowed

   DJs must use standard music set up only

2. General Rules

   Maximum of 100 invited guests

   Sparklers allowed so long as they are handed out and collected by the wedding party

3. Outdoor Rules

   No tents; we have a large tent for use if necessary

   No confetti/fake petals/glitter; only fresh petals & bubbles allowed

   No outdoor furniture rentals, décor or fixtures without prior consent (excluding flowers)

   All floral décor must be taken down during teardown and disposed of off site

4. Décor

   Standard house chairs, cutlery and décor included in booking

   $2500 venue set up and tear down fee applicable if bringing own chair rentals/cutlery etc

5. Included with your rental:

   Outdoor space, outdoor ceremony, standard ceremony chairs, garden for photos

   On-site food & beverage planner & all event staff

6. Do you allow firework displays or fire lanterns for private events?

   We offer the opportunity for an on-site firework ceremony or fire lantern release with prior consent and a valid permit, which is to be supplied by the couple

7. Do you have on-site parking?

   Yes, we have ample free on-site parking

8. Is your venue accessible?

   The main floor is accessible with a wheelchair

9. What is your policy on drones and confetti?

   Drones are permitted so long as they are used in the grounds only and away from the exterior of the building. Only biodegradable products such as flower petals and bubbles are permitted in the grounds in lieu of confetti
