Wedding parties are encouraged to bring their own food, as there is no in-house catering.

Renters are responsible for obtaining the appropriate special occasion permit (liquor license) and arranging their own bartenders and stocking the bar.
Liquor Permit (Special Occasion Permit) must be obtained for the event. For guidelines and information about the types of permits please visit <https://www.agco.ca/alcohol/special-occasion-permit-fees>

Our pricing breakdown is dependent on the following:

We can accommodate a maximum of 72 people seated indoors, 90 people for an indoors standing cocktail reception or up to 250 people for an outdoors event, however additional washrooms will have to be arranged.
** There is a $400 fee if additional time is required for set up or clean up outside of what is included with basic package or if gallery closure is required to facilitate the process
Additional Fees
Deposit
Venue Rental - A 50% deposit is required to secure your event. Balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
Damage Deposit - A $300 security/damage deposit at time of booking is required. If no damage or excessive cleaning is incurred, the full amount will be returned following the event.
Special Occasion Permit
$150 for Cash Bar
$50 for No-Sale Bar
Renters are responsible to arrange the special occasion permit based how the bar will be set up (through LCBO)
Inclusions
Included in Venue Rental:
In-house chairs (75) & folding rectangle tables (10 - 6’ x 2.5’)*
Parking on site (25 cars on site, plus designated street parking surrounding)
Kitchenette servery with separate entrance for caterer (caterer will need to set up outdoor food preparation area)
Stage
Free Wi-Fi (password will be provided)
2 sets of washrooms (one set on the main floor, one set upstairs)
Cleaning before and after the event
Custodian to open the venue, and lock up at the end of your event.
Set up day prior (after 5PM) and clean up next day (until noon).
General insurance coverage
Not Included in Venue Rental:
Staffing: Wedding and rental coordination, service staff, set up and cleaning (If ECFTA equipment has been arranged, our team of volunteers will have those items in the area ready for your set up team.)

Audio and visual equipment is available for rent (Equipment list is available upon request).

Outdoor events need to end at 10pm and adhere to our outdoor sound policy. Indoor events must conclude by 1am. Wedding party and staff must exit the property by 2am.
Please do not touch, disturb or damage the art on display
All chairs and tables must be set up at least 3 feet from walls containing art
Please ensure that a wide enough thoroughfare is provided e nroute to the main floor washrooms through the gallery (so guests do not bump into art on the wall)
No decorations attached to wall containing art
Please NO OPEN FLAMES in candles. Battery operated candles and tealights only.
For all other areas (poles, empty walls, etc.) - if you are using tape, please use masking tape that does not peel the paint
All décor and rental items must be taken down and removed by the end of the event rental time period.
Chair and tables used must be returned clean (i.e. if used on wet ground outside)
