We would love you to use our Preferred Caterers for 2023 events, doing so is required for 2024 and beyond.

All of the preferred caterers mentioned below can be contacted from our Preferred Vendors List at <https://fermanaghfarms.com/vendors/>

Our list of preferred caterers include the following:

• Catering by Cibo Special Event Catering - Local Professional Quality Catering

• Catering by Kim Dermott - Local Home Cooking

• Catering by Northbound Barbecue Company - Authentic Barbecue made on-site

Please note that all catering services have an added 15% gratuity

Couples are welcome to use an external caterer, provided they are reputable and insured. Please contact us if you are looking to utilize an external caterer

Bartending services are supplied by The Rum Runners. For more details and an accurate quote, contact Steve at 519-930-4055 or at <https://www.rumrunnersbartending.ca>.
An SOP (Special Occasion Permit) and PAL (Party Alcohol Liability) insurance will be required. Alcohol served can be purchased and delivered to your wedding by the Rum Runners by using their Alcohol Pickup Option.

The Base Venue Pricing includes the following:

• Exclusive enjoyment of the property for the full day from 8 am to 12 midnight (until 1 am for cleanup)

• Only your event happening on your booked date.

• Choice of indoor and outdoor ceremony locations with wooden arbor and signing table.

• Choice of indoor and outdoor receptions locations (tent rental for outdoors extra).

• Many incredible on-site photo locations including gardens, forest, antique furniture, rustic barn and more (see our Recent Events).

• Many indoor and outdoor cocktail locations.

• Rustic, elegant and clean indoor washroom facilities

• Rehearsal availability Monday through Thursday

• Wine barrels and Wine Barrel Bar

• White folding resin chairs (up to 120)

• 5' Round tables (15 tables to accommodate 120 guests)

• Wooden ceremony arbor

• In-barn sound system with wireless mic and Spotify access.

• Setup and teardown of tables and chairs according to floor plans

• Outdoor fire pit with wood provided

• Venue Coordination services for booking and delivery rentals (from 2nd page of Estimator) and vendors (with some limitations). Note that a Venue Coordinator is not a substitute for a Wedding Planner or Day-of Planner

• On-site parking

• Heated indoor barn for fall, winter and spring months

DJ Services are provided by DJ MasterMix. Couples have the following options:

• DJ for Ceremony & Reception ($1400)

• DJ for Ceremony Only ($1200)

• No Hired DJ (no cost)

Photography and Cinematography Services are provided by The Wedding Hive Studios. Couples have the following options:

• Photography - Rose Gold Package (1 photographer, up to 8 hours, 300 images - $2000)

• Photography - Iris Gold Package (2 photographers, up to 12 hours, 500 images - $2700)

• Cinematography - La Tigre Package (1 videographer, up to 8 hours, short feature, full documentary - $2750)

• Cinematography - Blue Steel Package (2 videographers, up to 12 hours, short feature, full documentary - $4000)

Wedding & Ceremony Officiants are provided by Enduring Promises. Couples have the following options:

• Your Ceremony, Your Way (a personal, unique, engaging and memorable wedding ceremony - $550)

• Rehearsal (up to a 75 minute wedding rehearsal with your entire wedding party at your venue location - $175)
