  • For up to 50 guests, the couple is allowed to utilize any caterer they please.

  • Four Fathers Brewing Co. is licensed through the Alcohol and Gaming Commission (AGCO) and is responsible for all alcoholic beverage sales and service. All alcoholic beverages must be dispensed by venue servers & bartenders who are Smart Serve Certified.

    Termination of beverage services is at 12:00 am. Last call is done 15 minutes before termination of bar services and all alcohol must be cleared from the event space by 12:30am.

    1. Can we book a tour? Yes! Please click the request a tour button at the bottom of the page, fill out the form and we will be in contact within 48 hours!

    2. Is the IV Loft available year-round? We host events all year round! Our IV Loft has heating and air conditioning. Please note that there is an additional $2000.00 fee for events held on statutory or special holidays such as Victoria Day, Canada Day, August Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, New Years Eve and New Years Day.

    3. Do you host more than one event per day? No. The IV Loft is exclusively yours on your wedding day!

    4. How do I pay for my event? In order to secure your date, a $1,500 deposit is due along with your signed contract. A payment schedule will be outlined in your contract. The final invoice with any difference in payments will be issued after your event day.

    5. How will you help me in planning my event? Our events team will provide:

      A walk-though of the event space

      Assistance in creating your event day timeline

      Custom floor plan

      Setup and teardown of all chairs and tables

    6. What meetings can I expect to have with you before my event? We typically will schedule a soft detailing meeting approximately 3 months before your event day. During this meeting we will get you thinking about your timeline, floorplan, menu selection and bar options. We then schedule a final detailing meeting for about 4 weeks before your event. During this meeting we will gather your vendor information and finalize all details pertaining to your event!

    7. Are dogs allowed? Yes, we love dogs! Your pups are welcome but they must leave once there is food and beverages served.

    8. Is the venue wheelchair accessible? Yes, the Taproom entrance is wheelchair accessible. We have an elevator lift located at the back of the brewery that will bring guests directly up to the IV Loft.

    9. For weddings, what vendors do I need to hire? You’ll need to hire an officiant, DJ, florist, photographer and wedding cake. Some couples also choose to hire a day of coordinator and décor company.

    10. Why do I need a DJ? The IV Loft has a built in sound system compatible with the SONOS app, but you’ll need a designated person or DJ to manage sound during your event (including music for your ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception).

    11. Can I use my own caterer? Your desserts (i.e. cake, cupcakes or donuts) may be brought in from third-party providers, but we work exclusively with B Elegant Catering for all events over 50 attendees. All food vendors must sign a liability waiver.

    12. Can I bring in my own alcohol? No, Four Fathers Brewing Co. is licensed through the Alcohol and Gaming Commission (AGCO) and is responsible for all alcoholic beverage sales and service. All alcoholic beverages must be dispensed by venue servers & bartenders who are Smart Serve Certified. Bar close is at 12:30 am, and last call is done 15 minutes before. All alcohol must be cleared from the event space by 1am.

    13. Do you charge SOCAN + RE:SOUND Music License Fees? A tariff is charged by law for events that include musical entertainment, live or recorded and is paid to the 'Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada' (SOCAN) and 'RE:SOUND Music Licensing Company' for your right to use music which is copyrighted. These fees will be charged to your master account and paid on your behalf by Four Fathers Brewing Co. to SOCAN and RE:SOUND.

    14. Event Access and Teardown Times You are responsible for the setup and teardown of all items you bring on premise. You will have access by 11am the day of your wedding and will have until 1am to teardown and remove all your belongings from the event space. If you wish to come back the next day to clean up, there is a $200 fee and is based on availability only.

    15. Pricing & Additional Charges Due to fluctuating market prices, our menu prices are subject to change. We will gladly lock in and guarantee menu selection and pricing within 365 days prior to your event date with a signed contract, signed event orders and deposit.
