Self-catering (i.e. homemade food) is permitted!

We allow wedding parties to supply their own alcohol for their special day!
Please note the following:
1. We do not serve shots and the bar closes at midnight
2. Special Event or Party Alcohol Liability Insurance is mandatory
3. LGCA Liquor Occasional Permit is required when serving alcohol -

Fees for a bartender and DJ are included in the basic package!
FULL DAY & 8-HOUR RENTAL
Pricing starts from $6,700 with amount varying based on day and time.REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT
$1,000 is due the week of the event and will be returned 4 days after the event
EXTRAS
Early Site Access, Extended Tear-down Time: $50 per every 30 mins. Maximum of 2 hours
Early Item Drop-Off or Next Day Pick-Up: $200, before 11am
Kinloch Grove Clean-Up (items must be neatly packed in storage unit): Clean-up starts at $500
