  • We have in-house caterers who will work to ensure all your dietary restrictions are accommodated! Please see our Easy Wedding Reception menus here: <https://www.lula.ca/weddings>

    The Easy Wedding Reception menus cannot be changed, save to accommodate dietary restrictions. Should you not find a menu or item that suits your taste, you have the option to have our Executive Chef work with you to create something special, exclusively for your wedding. There may be an extra consultation and menu creation fee.

    The food and beverage minimum spend is the amount that is required to rent our venue. The food and beverage minimum spends may vary depending on the day of the week, the time of the year, and the duration of the event. Our team will gladly put together a quote for you based on your specific requirements.

    The complimentary tasting is available for plated packages only. The tasting is for two people, a fee of $20 will apply for each additional guest attending. You may select two main course dishes; if two different entrées are selected, identical starch and vegetables will be offered. There is a $20 fee for each additional entrée requested for a tasting. Additional courses (soup, salad, dessert) may be tasted for a fee of $5 per plate. All prices are subject to tax and gratuity. Chef-carved entrées may not be available for tastings, please discuss your options with your event planner.

    Minimum $15,000 spend on food & beverage.

  • We provide alcohol and wedding parties must purchase it through the venue.

    Lula Lounge is committed to providing responsible alcoholic beverage service to our guests. The venue is responsible for compliance with all bylaws and local regulations of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario Act. As such, alcohol service may be denied to those guests who appear to be intoxicated or under the legal drinking age. The venue reserves the right to ask for identification from anyone requesting or consuming alcohol at an event.

    Please note that all prices, services and gratuities are subject to 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). Prices, taxes and gratuities are subject to change. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

    Pricing is primarily based on the selected wedding package as well as the number of attendees:

    • Silver Option: $159/per person + 18% gratuity and tax

    • Gold Option: $188/per person + 18% gratuity and tax

    • Platinum Option: $209/ per person + 18% gratuity and tax

    • Extras:

      • On-site ceremony: 2 extra hours of venue

      • rental + 1 room set up change: $1,000

      • Sparkling wine toast: $12/per person

      • Welcome cocktail: $10/per person

      • Havana Lounge rental: $1,000

      • VIP Balcony rental: $1,000

      • AV Rental: Variable, please contact us for a quote

    Please also note the following:

    • A $2,000 deposit is due upon signing the rental agreement.

    • 50% of the estimated balance is due 3 months prior to the wedding date.

    • The final balance is due 21 days prior to the wedding date.

    Any additional fees incurred during the event will be added to a final invoice and due 10 days after the event date.

    There is a $1,000 fee to host your ceremony on-site. This fee includes the setup and tear down of chairs, a signing table with white linen as well as a water station.

    A complete line of audiovisual equipment is available on-site. We would be happy to provide a quotation for your audiovisual requirements.

    1. To make your event a success, please notify Lula Lounge with the guaranteed number of guests 2 weeks in advance. If no guarantee is received at the appropriate time, the venue will assume the expected count as outlined on the event order to be the guarantee and will bill accordingly. Please note the information in our brochure is of a general nature. Every event is different and as such the terms and condition for each event may be changed with the final agreement between Lula Lounge and the client.
