Catering is open for your choice. We have a list of recommended Vendors to help you get started on planning your day.

If using a caterer that is not on our recommended Vendor we ask to have a meeting with them prior to booking to ensure their catering needs are met with our facility.

You may bring in your own alcohol with a Special Occasion Permit (approx. $45.00 from LCBO online). We have all needed information ready for you for an easy online application!

Please note that the starting price of $11,000 includes the following:

• Venue rental,

• DJ fee (see Event Rental Regulations for more details),

• up to three (3) buckets of in season flowers and help to arrange them,

• Security deposit of $500 if not needed,

• all additional decor and ferns and,

• taxes

Friday Weddings:

• DIY Setup - Thursday 8am -12am (One hour is given to Saturday couples for a rehearsal)

• Booking includes Friday from 8am to 12am

• Teardown by Maple Meadows. Decor items can be picked up Saturday morning before 10am, or Sunday after 2pm. Couple to provide labeled storage bins for personal decor items.

Saturday Weddings:

• Thursday access for 1 hour for rehearsal

• Booking includes Saturday from 8am to 12am

• Sunday DIY Teardown 8am to 1pm

• Setup by Maple Meadows & day of coordinator

• Meeting with Coordinator 2 weeks prior to event for setup plan

Engagement Photos: We allow all booked Weddings to have access to our property for engagements photos. Book your photo sessions on weekends during off season. May to October sessions can be booked Sundays to Wednesdays

1. Access to the property on date of wedding is 8am - 12 midnight

2. The venue is completely accessible except for the loft.

3. Pets are allowed, however they must be kept on a leash.

4. Large heaters are available for use in May & October. Couples are responsible for cost of fuel if used. Large doors will remain closed when heaters are in use. Air conditioning is available for the den area if needed. Port Colborne quite often has a nice breeze coming off the lake to keep it comfortable during the summer heat.

5. Music is provided by 905 DJCO Company, with a new in house sound system. Their base package is included with options for upgrades with lighting and more services. Couples cannot bring in their own DJ. We have worked with many different DJ companies, and found the best fit for our venue is 905 DJCO. They have several DJ’s to choose from. You are welcome to bring in your own live music for both ceremony and reception, however the DJ fee will not be waived.

6. Smoking is allowed but only in designated areas.

7. Fireworks are allowed on statutory holidays and must be done by a professional company. Sparklers are allowed in grass area and must have a bucket of water for disposal.

8. Music turn-off is 11 pm, with guests being asked to be off the property by 12 midnight; however, the wedding party can remain until 1 am, if noise is kept to a minimum.
