  • Wedding parties are encouraged to supply their own food, as there is no in-house catering; we want you to be able to customize your special day to your unique tastes!

  • We allow wedding parties to supply their own alcohol for their special day!

  • Our pricing breakdown is as follows:

    2024: $11,500.00 + HST

    2025: $12,500.00 + HST

    Inclusions:

    • Full access to the grounds (not including the house) beginning at 9 AM the day prior to the wedding, Saturday to 12 am, Sunday to 11am.

    • 40’ by 75’ tent complete with 24 harvest tables, 160 hardwood folding chairs, 1 bar and 1 podium

    • Utility building next to the tent complete with fridge and freezer

    • Staff to help with guest parking

    • Non-potable water and electricity

    • Six flushing toilets with wash stations

    • 160 White plastic folding chairs, setup for the ceremony

    • 1 microphone and 1 amp for a PA system

    • Ashtrays, garbage and recycling bins.

    • Campfire available, weather permitting. Northbrook staff will tend to the fire.

  • We made the decision to have only one wedding and reception per weekend to allow our couples time to enjoy the whole experience. Couples are welcome to begin setup Friday morning at 9am to add your décor to the tent that is beautifully lit with chandeliers and fabric swags with fairy lights. Rustic harvest tables with folding hardwood chairs, bar and podium are included. Receptions conclude at 12:00am. Northbrook looks after cleanup for you and your only responsibility will be to remove your décor on Sunday by 11am.
