We have partnered with several incredible local caterers (see list at bottom of this page) that will work directly with you to develop the menu and will coordinate any rentals you may need. Our preferred caterers will include a 10% landmark fee on their final invoice that will be paid to us.
Using and outside cater? We charge a 20% service fee of the total catering bill that will be paid out to us.
Looking for something more casual (not requiring a formal caterer)? You are more then welcome to bring in your own food (like pizzas). A $200 flat service fee will be added to your final Rainhard invoice in such a case.
Preferred Caterers:

We offer three options for bar service
Cash and Carry: Each patron pays for their own drinks throughout the event (Subject to a minimum spend)
Open Bar: Drinks are tallied under one tab and settled with the final invoice
Flat Rate: A flat rate of $40/head for 6 hours
Note that all bar options are subject to an 18% gratuity
A Special Occasion permit will be purchased for any event that requires alcohol outside of what is produced onsite (such as wine). The cost of the SOP is a Non-negotiable fee of $150 and will be Added to the final invoice. With the purchase of an SOP guest will have availability to Rainhard's house Red and White wine and bar rail. If there is a specific brand or type of liquor that is requested for the event, Rainhard will do its best to have it available, at a premium price, but we cannot guarantee its availability.

Please note there is a Special Occasions Permit fee of $150 and a Ceremony Fee of $500
RENTAL FEE INCLUDES
Exclusive use of the taproom and patio (weather permitting - we have patio umbrellas but do not have a tent), use of a projector and screen, use of sound system (best for playlists - if using a DJ or live musician they should bring their own gear), cleaning fee, two bar staff for parties under 60 guests.
Please note that for parties over 60 guests additional staffing will be required - associated fee is $200
