    We have two beautiful venues for you to choose from!

    The Pavilion

    From 80 to 240 guests

    The Pavilion is an open airy modern farmhouse space which seats up to 240 people and overlooks our beautifully landscaped hills and ponds. The bar area is a pioneer-built log barn featuring large double doors that open from the front of the building, making a perfect entranceway for your first introduction as a newly married couple. Rectangular tables and beautiful wood cross back chairs are included in the rental.

    The CiderHouse

    From 15 to 65 guests

    A beautifully restored log barn with rustic tables and chairs to seat up to 65 guests. Featuring a stone fireplace, built in cider taproom and our wood fired pizza oven. The CiderHouse is ready to host your casual or fun unique wedding.

    Minimum Rental Charge

    We require you to reach a minimum charge to secure your venue rental. This charge may include your site fee, catering and bar charges.

    The minimum total charge to host a wedding in the Pavilion is $14,000 before HST.

    The minimum total charge to host a wedding in the CiderHouse is $8,000 before HST.

    Inclusions

    Saunders Farm offers all-inclusive packages built to make your planning simple and stress-free.

    Each package includes the following:

    • A Dedicated Wedding Coordinator - To assist you prior to your wedding day and work with you to create the day of your dreams.

    • Ceremony Site - Choose between three of our beautiful ceremony sites (Pond-side, Garden or Field of Dreams).

    • Farm to Table Catering - Our Executive Chef and catering team offers an expansive and passionately prepared locally-sourced menu. Wedding feasts are served family-style.

    • Rehearsal Night - Saunders Farm offers a 45-minute rehearsal the week of your wedding depending on availability.

    • Beautiful Rustic Setting - You will have access to our 100-acre farm, its beautiful flower gardens, hilltop gazebos, hedge mazes (during daylight), play structures and meticulously-manicured grounds.

    • Indoor Washroom Facilities - Saunders Farm has indoor washroom facilities. The facilities are wheelchair accessible.

    • Guest Parking and Accessible Pathways - We offer ample free guest parking; all of our pathways are wheelchair accessible and well-lit.

    1. Site Fee - In order to provide the most amazing grounds possible, we charge a site fee. This allows us to ensure proper maintenance is done specifically for your wedding day.

      $2500 for the The Pavilion

      $1500 for The CiderHouse

    2. Pricing And Information - The pricing and information contained on HappyEverAfter and on our website are subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to 13% HST charge and a 15% service charge will be applied to your Saunders Farm package and all beverages ordered.

    3. Wedding Day Itinerary - All ceremonies are held at 5:00pm, followed by a 1-2 hour cocktail time, then dinner and reception until 12:00am (midnight). An additional hour from 4:00pm-5:00pm and/or 12:00am-1:00am may be purchased for $200.00 per hour.

    4. Planning Meeting - Our Wedding Coordinator will arrange for a planning meeting approximately 3 months before the wedding date to go over all details including itinerary, menu, allergies/dietary restrictions, bar packages, etc. Details must be finalized no later than 14 days prior to your event.

    5. Floor Plans - The preliminary floor plan and seating style will be discussed during the planning meeting. The final floor plan will be confirmed with the client after the guest count has been finalized.

    6. Deposits & Payments

      • A $2500.00 deposit is required to secure a date.

      • 40% of the total bill is due at your planning meeting or 90 days before the event, whichever comes first.

      • Final Balance along with bar estimate and any add-on items is due 14 days before the event.

      • Payments are non-refundable; they must be paid as they become due.

      • All pre-ordered beverage packages and estimates for host bars based on consumption will be invoiced on your final bill due 10 days before your event. Saunders Farm will invoice any outstanding monies owed for beverages, or credit the difference within ten business days following your event. All details will be emailed to you at the time of the transaction.

      • Please note that changes to the contract may incur additional fees.

      • Payments can be made by cheque, credit or cash.

      • A valid credit card number will be required at the wedding coordination meeting, which takes place 60-90 days before your event, for any incidentals or damage.

    7. Bar Service

      • Saunders Farm has a permanent liquor license. Clients may not bring their own drinks or alcoholic beverages onto the property. Please see the Saunders Farm Drink Menu for details.

      • A 15% service charge will be applied to all beverages ordered.

      • Beverage options listed in the Drink Menu are subject to change without notice and are based upon availability.

      • All AGCO rules apply and proof of ID is required.

    8. Music - Saunders Farm works exclusively with Quality Entertainment for all DJ requirements:

      • All bookings are done through Saunders Farm; clients are not permitted to bring their own sound equipment.

      • All live bands must provide proof of commercial insurance prior to being confirmed for your event.

      • Due to the noise by-law, all music must be lowered to the required level at 11:00pm. Saunders Farm staff will regulate this level.

      • SOCAN & RE-SOUND licensing fees are required if music is played. The current rate for SOCAN is $75 plus tax and $30 plus tax for RE-SOUND. Rates are subject to change without notice.

    9. Flowers, Décor and Desserts

      • Clients are permitted to bring their own decor, flowers, and centerpieces the day prior when available and mutually agreed upon. Saunders Farm will work with the client to have set- up done the day prior to their booking when possible. Cakes and other desserts should be delivered the day of the wedding.

      • Saunders Farm is not responsible for any damage, loss or display of any décor, personal effects or cakes brought in by other vendors.

      • All décor and personal effects are to be removed the night of your wedding, and; any items left behind will be discarded and a clean-up charge will apply.

    10. Open Flames - Saunders Farm does not permit any open flames; fireworks, sparklers or Chinese fire lanterns. Tea lights and candles enclosed in hurricane sleeves/lanterns are permitted.

    11. Outside Food And Beverages - Saunders Farm does not permit outside food or beverages to be brought on site unless approved by Saunders Farm.

    12. Saunders Farm Packages - Saunders Farm offers 3 wedding packages built to make your planning simple and stress-free.

      Please note, the following items are not included and are the responsibility of the couple:

      • An Officiant

      • Music; either booking a DJ through Saunders Farm or sourcing a live band

      • Flowers and decorations
