    Monday to Wednesday: $250/hr, (minimum of 3 hours rental) plus minimum food/beverage spend of $2,900

    Thursday: $450/hr (minimum of 3 hours rental) plus minimum food/beverage spend of $5,350

    Friday: $450/hr (minimum of 3 hours rental) plus minimum food/beverage spend of $5,900

    Saturday: $450/hr (minimum of 3 hours rental) plus minimum food/beverage spend of $6,050
