  • We have in-house caterers who will work to ensure all your dietary restrictions are accommodated!

    Self-catering (i.e. homemade food) is not permitted

    Please note that all catering contracts are subject to an 18% gratuity charge and a 20% deposit

  • Our in-house caterers will work with you to ensure that the alcoholic beverages served are to your liking!

  • Our pricing breakdown is based on the room you choose to rent!

    Rooms

    • Temple Ballroom. Capacity of 150

    • Starlite Room (Half Room). Capacity of 400

    • Starlite Room & Temple (Full Room). Capacity of 550

    • River City Revival House. Capacity of 127

    Notes

    • Cost of rental fee includes access to the space, venue cocktail glasses, necessary staffing (server, bartender, manager), basic PA and static lighting scene on stage

    • The Starlite Room and Temple Ballroom have minimum spend requirements which will be based on season, availability and party size. In the event that the minimum spend is not met, the host bill will be charged the remainder. River City Revival House has no minimum spend requirements

    • For access to our venue line array PA system and soundboard, a Starlite approved technician will be provided. Their rates start at $350

    • For more complex lighting outside of a static lighting scene on stage, access to our stage lighting rig will also require a Starlite approved lighting designer for an additional fee starting at $150

    • Our projector and screen can be rented for an additional fee starting at $50

    • Please inquire for all AV requirements

    • River City Revival House can be rented for private events, please ask about our availability

    • In the event of a long weekend, the day before the holiday will be the same price as a Friday or Saturday

    • Access to the venue will be scheduled with your event coordinator
